Notification Template Customization [#175]
Platform have extended the customization of template to Rule Notification. You can now customize the email template or push notification template and UI Alert template for individual Rule.

Opt-Out form Platform Emails [#182]
Platform sends email on upcoming release, upcoming maintenance or platform outage, to stop receiving such emails form platform; user can update their email preference to turn this Off, this will be On by default. We recommend to keep this feature On so that you don’t miss important email notifications related to new release and maintenance window.

Onboarding OEM [#191]
Platform provides option to open seperate type of account for OEM client. This will enable limited and specific features which is required for OEMs. Like Device whitelisting, Device provisioning, Firmware management, etc.

Support Ticket Visibility [#194]
Visibility of support ticket will now be based on permission. By default you will be able to view your own support tickets as well as support ticket in which you are added as watcher. You can view all support tickets if you have valid permission; with this permission you can view all support tickets of your account.

Webhook on Device Image Upload [#198]
Platform added new event on device image telemetry, you can now subscribe to this event and setup webhook to receive device image information into your solution.

• Added last connection time i.e. time on which device get connected; and last communication i.e. time device sends telemetry data. You can see both information into device list page [#184]
• Added Edge Device setup in power bi help section.
• Enhancement in current grid filter to show option text and better representation.

• Platform will sends out email if user have been removed from watcher from a support ticket.

Enhancements to Dynamic Dashboard

• Notification widget to show device UniqueID and Severity Level

SDK Enhancements
Platform enhancing Device SDK in order to minimize the data sent from device. With new concept called SDK Identity; which merge multiple setting into single one in order to minimize the json structure. This won’t impact on existing SDK or existing device integration.

Search in Dropdown
Portal have added on demand filter in dropdown across all modules of the platform. This will help your to drill down your selection by making filter on items

Enhancement Snooze Rule and Device Disconnection Timeline
Platform now allow any timeline on Rule Snooze and Device Disconnection, user can defined their own timeline on these two event. You can set in minutes or in hours or days

Firmware Configuration
Added new configuration to manage expiration of OTA File url.

Read only Twin
Added provision to make twin property read only, by this you cannot change such twin property form portal as those can only be changed by Device or added as initial twin.

Support ticket Watcher
This feature will help you to get notification on each action taken on support ticket even if it’s not been created by you, you can start getting notification by adding yourself as watcher of you can add someone else in watcher to get all the updates of support ticket.

Show current filter on list
Added current filter information on all data list across all the modules of the platform. This will help you to see current applied filter on data list as well as you can remove them as well.

Certificate Restriction
Platform have put soft limit on certificate usages. You can add maximum 2 certificate per single account. In case you need more based on your use case you can create support ticket to increase this limit

• Optimized data message processing and retrieval of device meta data [4669]
• Optimized the device deletion process form iothub [6319]

• Device Error grid now allows you to copy information and visibility of error on hover
• Service bus connection string will accept connection string with additional properties provided by Azure Portal

Bug fixes

• Device Simulator does not consider the device frequency defined at template
• Remove the latency of device to receive Commands and OTA
• Company image upload doesn’t work when image has been already uploaded by Portal Admin
• Command batch API does not show command and its status
• User was not able to mark twin property as read only
• Fixed device disconnection issue of not considering ignore preference hence email were not sent
