By clicking on the Profile, you can view the details of the user profile as shown below.

A. View profile details, account details and preferences.
B. View personal profile details
- Avatar: View and edit profile picture from the thumbnail image.
- User ID: View account user ID in non-editable mode.
- Password: Change the existing password by clicking Change Password. (Refer: Change Password)
- Role: View associated role in non-editable mode.
- Entity: View entity in non-editable mode, i.e., the entity in which the user is added. (Refer: EntityManagement)
- Company: View Company Name in non-editable mode.
C. View Account Details (Logged in user)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Contact Number
- Email ID
Save the changes you made in Account Details by clicking on Save.
D. View Preference allows you to manage
- Platform emails
- Notifications and
- Other preferences
E. Platform emails
- Release notes: Whether a user receives email notes or not
- Outage notes: Whether a user receives outage notes or not
F. View notification preferences (Logged in user)
- Email: Displays the email notification preference (Yes / No)
- SMS: Displays the SMS notification preference (Yes / No)
- Push: Displays the push notification preference (Yes / No)
G. View other preferences
- Time zone: It displays the selected time zone
- Page size: It contains the default page size to be displayed throughout the system
Note:
Only the company admin can copy the CPID using the copy button. Other users cannot see the copy button besides the company CPID.
